Demi is a force in the Pilates world—Toronto’s leading Strength Pilates instructor and the powerhouse behind @workoutwithdem, a transformative fitness experience that blends dynamic strength and flow. Known for her next-to-impossible-to-get-into classes (with 30+ waitlisted per session) and internationally sought-after expertise, Demi has built a cult-like community of empowered individuals who thrive on her high-energy, strength-driven method.

But her story doesn’t start here. Movement has always been in her DNA. Inspired by her mom’s dedication to fitness, Demi grew up immersed in barre, pilates, and bootcamp classes—fueling a lifelong passion for movement. After years of working in corporate strategy and sales, she made the bold decision to turn that passion into a career. Workoutwithdem was born.

More than just pilates—this is a movement. Demi’s classes are an experience, a transformative journey that begins the moment you walk into the studio.
